Mental health

Who’s Caring For You is an initiative to improve the overall health of women physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. To provide resources for women to receive affordable, quality holistic and mental health care for all women between the ages of 14 and 45.

Women experiencing post partum depression, divorce, parenting issues, grief, loneliness, overwhelm with the stresses of life that need a safe place to release and share their fears with others. We desire to help women who need encouragement, support, and understanding that they are not alone. We help you address your problems and connect you to counseling and/or educational services to improve their psychological, social, and occupational functioning.

RELATIONSHIPS

Relationships are essential yet can be very demanding. Constantly being available for spouse, children, parents, friends, and co-workers can drain and deplete your energy to have nothing left for yourself or God. Relationship management is key to balancing our lives. The key to successful relationships is keeping God first and the center of our lives to guide us through life’s journey.

MINISTRY

Ministry is a calling as a servant for God. To serve in the ministry requires us to be stretched to help others, grow and develop a deeper relationship with God. Ministry leaders spend more hours at the church sometimes than at home or work. Our first ministry according to God’s divine order is God, marriage/family, then ministry. We often neglect our family for the ministry which is detrimental that could lead to divorce, dysfunctional families, and depression.

CAREER

Women that are career-minded are very success driven. We take pride in being able to multi-task daily schedules, people, and projects to feel accomplished. Often we take on more responsibility than that’s been assigned to us. Before we know it, we are taking care of everyone else except ourselves!
